Makeup has a number of different of uses and is used in a number of different ways, and whilst we focus our makeup direction on luxe, polished and beautiful makeups we are still artists! And artists need to create and expand the idea of something to inspire and motivate their creative direction and so from time to time you will notice we will play!

This week the makeup vibe is super glossy! We wanted to challenge and push the boundaries of what some makeup products are used for.

For this look on Kayla we used lipsticks as blush, liquid matte lipstick as eye shadows and lipgloss for skin highlights. Check more out when we do our tutorial this Sunday.

What makes you feel beautiful? (doesn’t have to be makeup!)

Taking care of myself. Having a spa day with friends, exercise or eating healthier. Doing something that makes me feel good on the inside and out makes me feel beautiful.

How do you back your own beauty? Eg. Exercise, water, meditation, works on self confidence

I try to exercise as much as possible, drink at least 3 litres of water a day and have a good skin care routine.

What’s one product in your makeup bag you cant live without?

Definitely mascara!

Why do use makeup?

Because it helps me feel confident.

If you have one piece advice to other women on how they can back their beauty what would it be

Beauty comes from within, do what makes you happy. When you are happy on the inside, it shows on the outside.
